Eligibility     

The Giant Tiger Comfy Cozy Christmas High Low Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry; except employees, representative and/or agents (and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of Giant Tiger Stores Limited (the “Sponsor”) Launchfire Interactive, Inc. (the “Administrator”), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) and are not eligible to enter the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial/territorial and municipal laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. 

Contest Period

The Contest begins on October 17, 2014 at 8:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and closes on November 14 at 5:00:00 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). The clock of the Administrator’s server(s) shall be the sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest. 

Grand Prizes, Winner Selection and Confirmation 

There are four (4) grand prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”) available to be won. The following table outlines the description and quantity of each Grand Prize. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person.

Instant Win Prizes, Winner Selection and Confirmation 

At the beginning of the Contest Period, there are four hundred (400) instant win prizes (each, an “Instant Win Prize”) (collectively, the Instant Win Prizes and the Grand Prizes may be referred to as the “Prizes”) available to be won.  The following table lists a description and the quantity of each Instant Win Prize that is available to be won at the beginning of the Contest Period:
